CIGA Side Event at the Purity Conference, Unilag

The Innovation Centre for Inclusive Growth Africa (CIGA) took center stage at this year’s A Heart of Purity conference, hosting a thought-provoking side event focused on Civic Responsibility. This annual conference aims to equip young adults with values of purity, unwavering commitment to God, and a deep sense of purpose, fostering their contributions to society.

One of the key highlights of the 2024 edition held at the University of Lagos, was a session titled “Gen D: A Daniel Generation”, designed to inspire a new wave of individuals who are resolute in upholding purity and integrity, particularly within the political sphere. The session drew inspiration from the biblical story of Daniel, a figure who demonstrated remarkable commitment to righteousness despite the pressures of his environment.

Featured speakers and panelists like Pst. Tonye Patrick Cole, Pst. Emmanuel Dania, Pst. Yomi Amoussa and Jude, founder of the Innovation Centre for Inclusive Growth, brought their extensive experience in fostering leadership and navigating the complexities of the political and social landscape while remaining grounded in biblical principles. Their insights resonated deeply with the audience, showcasing the possibility of combining faith with active societal influence.
